How To Plan Your Photo Trip & Composition: Tony Northrup

I came across this video from Tony Northrup the other day. Tony shares an awesome way to plan the time of day you need to be some where to shoot. It is a simple way you are able to plan out your photography trips. Locations where you need to stand, time of day you need to be there. Obviously this all depends on weather as well. Which it’s a miracle if the weather man or woman gets it right. But all in all I think this is a perfect way to plan if you have a specific shot in mind. Also if you are in a place for a short period of time this could save you missing a potential shot.

how do you plan a shot you have in mind? would be great to hear and learn how others do it. I just tend to go and hope for the best. But definitely will be trying this method out from now on.
